Here is my story. I am a real mommies girl. I love it when she picks me up to hold me and I can give her lots of kisses. She rubs my belly real soft and I just lay on my back and get sleepy eyed. When my foster mom is working in her home office, I like to curl up under the desk to be by her. When my sisters play rough, I just sit there patiently waiting for them to chill. I am usually laid back unless one of my sisters decide to bite my ear and then I have no problem getting their attention with my response. I was on Channel Austin TV for 30minutes of fame and was a total angel for the whole 30 minutes, the producer fell in love with me because I gave him lots of puppy kisses, of course he fell in love with me like you will. I only have a couple of request; if you adopt me, I would like to have a big cushy pillow like my foster mom has for me, I like it when she gives me a kiss and places me gently on the pillow when it is time to go to sleep, I must have my kiddie pool, I have a blast making a splash, You also have to promise to love me as a family member, rub my belly, and let me love you forever. I am not looking for any home, only one which is special to me.
NOTE: In our experience many German Shepherd Dogs are very good with kids. In our bios, we may provide information on our experience with a particular dog and children. However AGSDR discourages ALL unsupervised animal/child interaction. Children should be supervised at all times when they interact with ANY animal, whether it is a horse, dog, cat, bunny, lizard, or any other species. Even loving household pets can have a grumpy day, or otherwise get tired of a child's attention, so proper supervision is essential for the well being of any child and any pet.
