Justice is the cutest little guy. He got to ride in the car with Jill all the way from Houston since they both where heading to the same foster family. The transporting gals said he slept most of the way. He came right over to his new foster parents and rolled right over for a chest/belly rub.
Justice comes pretty well when called, and we are working on not peeing in the house. He goes potty when taken out and no number 2 accidents so far. Justice goes right in his crate at night, after flopping on the couch and pouting about it, especially when following a bully stick. He is also crated when his sharp toofys can't be watched closely. He loves torturing his foster sis and the big male GSD of the house by nipping their back legs over and over between running running and butt bumping them. The three kitties of the house are SOOOOOOO much fun to chase and chew on their necks and tails. They must not be too bothered because they aren't hiding and they haven't clawed him. If they complain about it Justice is now talking back at them. So cute!!
Justice sits for his food and treats already. He has plenty of puppy energy but doesn’t drive you crazy. He plays well with his toys on his own. We are working on stopping the human hands and feet getting chewed on, but he IS a puppy. Justice will be getting his 2nd round of puppy shots here in a few days and we will check when he can be neutered. After all that, this very ADORABLE lil guy will be ready to fill your arms and heart.
NOTE: In our experience many German Shepherd Dogs are very good with kids. In our bios, we may provide information on our experience with a particular dog and children. However AGSDR discourages ALL unsupervised animal/child interaction. Children should be supervised at all times when they interact with ANY animal, whether it is a horse, dog, cat, bunny, lizard, or any other species. Even loving household pets can have a grumpy day, or otherwise get tired of a child's attention, so proper supervision is essential for the well being of any child and any pet.
The entire biography of this dog is based solely upon our volunteers' experiences with the dog. The dog's age and weight are estimates, and statements about the health, temperament, training, and ability to get along with other animals, children, cats and other dogs, are estimated solely based on our volunteer's experiences with this dog. Your experiences with this dog may be quite different than those of our volunteers.
