All that Jazz! Jazz is a super easy going young lady who LOVES to be loved and wants to have a family of her own. This girl has no issues and will make you and awesome loving companion. Jazz is an energetic but very sweet female. She would do very well as an only dog with a family who wants to give her the attention she deserves. She enjoys snuggling people (if her foster dog brother is not around). She would also do well with two dog family as she also loves to play (a lot) with her 4 year old German Shepherd foster brother, but she will need to work on “rest time” and “family sharing” time with other dogs. She is very food motivated ( which helps with training) and loves to have her belly petted as a reward! This sweetie pie has met the resident cat and is curious about her fellow four legged critter but not aggressive. She is crate trained and sleeps well in her crate at night. She also knows basic commands like “sit”, “down” “wait” (for her food). There have not been any accidents in the house. If you are looking for a sweet energetic, girl Jazz may be the one for you.
NOTE: In our experience many German Shepherd Dogs are very good with kids. In our bios, we may provide information on our experience with a particular dog and children. However AGSDR discourages ALL unsupervised animal/child interaction. Children should be supervised at all times when they interact with ANY animal, whether it is a horse, dog, cat, bunny, lizard, or any other species. Even loving household pets can have a grumpy day, or otherwise get tired of a child's attention, so proper supervision is essential for the well being of any child and any pet.
The entire biography of this dog is based solely upon our volunteers' experiences with the dog. The dog's age and weight are estimates, and statements about the health, temperament, training, and ability to get along with other animals, children, cats and other dogs, are estimated solely based on our volunteer's experiences with this dog. Your experiences with this dog may be quite different than those of our volunteers.
