This boy enjoys all the human interaction he can get. He gives everyone equal opportunity to love on him and give him treats. He is absolutely adorable. Axl has a wonderful sense of humor and can be a real clown. If he runs out of things to do, he simply starts doing roll overs to catch your attention and affection. He is learning how to shake hands to let you know how happy he is to meet you. Not a serious bone in this boys soul. He loves to be part of everything and anything going on around him, particularly his humans. A typical loving German Shepherd who is going to make his forever family very proud and happy. Although no German Shepherd likes being a couch potato, it wouldn't surprise anyone if he tried to borrow the remote control from you to surf for something to peak his interest. He enjoys his exercise and has done well with his obedience training. He is looking forward to having someone in his life that will help him to remain diligent with his sit, stay, come, commands and help him continue to learn new exciting things. He loves to please!
NOTE: In our experience many German Shepherd Dogs are very good with kids. In our bios, we may provide information on our experience with a particular dog and children. However AGSDR discourages ALL unsupervised animal/child interaction. Children should be supervised at all times when they interact with ANY animal, whether it is a horse, dog, cat, bunny, lizard, or any other species. Even loving household pets can have a grumpy day, or otherwise get tired of a child's attention, so proper supervision is essential for the well being of any child and any pet.
